Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session. Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) are generally non-refundable, but we will do our best to offer a replacement session or credit. If a session has a major problem, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. For changes or issues, contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.

All products provided by The Common Aussie are digital and delivered via online access or download. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a purchase has been completed.

However, this policy does not limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund or replacement.
